Three checkpoints: incoming die screening, in-process checks, and capacity and read/write verification before packing. We publish what we check and what we cannot yet document.

Vertical integration, end to end

We run the full chain on our own floor: incoming die screening, SMT/COB placement, housing assembly, marking and branding, then capacity verification and packing. A physical sample is approved before bulk production starts.

How to order custom flash memory

Six steps from your specification to shipped product. Capacity, interface, silicon source, controller and branding are confirmed in writing at step 02 — so the batch you receive is the batch you approved.

  1. 01 · Send your specification Product, capacity, quantity, application, interface, required speed, branding, packaging and target delivery date. A short brief is enough to start.
  2. 02 · Configuration & quotation We confirm NAND, controller, capacity, performance, MOQ, lead time, packaging and pricing against your specification — one quotation, the full cost.
  3. 03 · Sample approval Capacity, read/write, compatibility, appearance, branding and packaging checks on a physical sample you approve before bulk production.
  4. 04 · Bulk production Built to the approved specification on our own floor in Shenzhen — silicon, controller and branding held exactly as quoted.
  5. 05 · Final testing Capacity verification, read/write testing, appearance inspection and packaging inspection on the production batch before it leaves the floor.
  6. 06 · Shipment Packed and exported against your Incoterms. You get the test method so you can verify the batch independently.
