Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

This site collects information only when you submit the enquiry form. The fields are: your name and business email address (both required), and optionally your company name, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you are interested in, your project stage, your target quantity and your written requirement.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. We do not use enquiry data for marketing to people who have not asked us to.

Who processes it

The enquiry form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and the message reaches our sales inbox. The site itself is served as static files and does not store your submission on this server.

How long we keep it

Correspondence relating to a quotation or an order is retained for as long as it is needed for business and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted on request.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking to be added.
• We do not publish your company name or project details as a case study without written permission.

Asking us to delete your information

Write to us and ask. We will delete the correspondence and confirm that we have done so. You can reach us at jessica@wintel-com.cn, or use the contact form and state clearly that you are requesting deletion.
